Alpha Golf (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) operates an indoor golf simulator facility located at 501 Pauls Street, Niverville, MB R0A 0A2, Canada (and any future locations).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our website, booking platform, and physical Facility.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not make a booking or use the Facility.

• All bookings must be made through our online booking system or app.
• You are responsible for verifying your booking details (date, time, duration, and number of participants).
• Access to the Facility is valid only for your reserved booking time.
• Entry may be managed by key code, digital access, or other automated systems. Sharing access credentials with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
• Alpha Golf reserves the right to deny or revoke access to anyone who violates these Terms or engages in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.

At certain times, Alpha Golf may operate without on-site staff.
When using the Facility during unstaffed hours, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your own safety and for the safety of all individuals in your group.
• You will use the Facility and Equipment only as intended and in a safe, respectful manner.
• You understand the Facility may be monitored by security cameras and digital access systems.
• You must promptly report any damage, malfunction, or emergency to the contact information provided on-site or in your booking confirmation.
• Alpha Golf is not responsible for providing supervision, first aid, or emergency response during unstaffed hours.

All guests must follow these safety and conduct guidelines at all times:

• Clean Footwear: No outdoor or dirty shoes are permitted on simulator turf. Please wear clean, indoor, non-marking shoes.
• Safe Play: Always check your surroundings before swinging a golf club. Swing only within your assigned simulator bay.
• Respect Others: No horseplay, running, shouting, or unsafe behavior.
• Equipment Care: Do not move, tamper with, or misuse simulator screens, sensors, or cables. Report any issues immediately.
• Alcohol and Substances: Consumption must comply with all applicable laws. Intoxicated or impaired individuals may be denied access.
• Smoking and Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the Facility.
• Children and Minors: Must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of your session without refund and potential liability for damages.

• You are financially responsible for any damage caused to the Facility, Equipment, or property due to misuse, negligence, or violation of these Terms.
• Alpha Golf may charge the payment method used for your booking or issue an invoice for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs.
• Alpha Golf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Golf and simulator use involve inherent risks. You participate at your own risk.
• To the fullest extent permitted by Manitoba law, Alpha Golf and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Facility or Equipment, whether supervised or not.

Guests must not:

• Damage, vandalize, or remove any property belonging to Alpha Golf;
• Attempt to access restricted areas or bypass digital locks or systems;
• Engage in illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behavior;
• Use the Facility for unauthorized commercial or unlawful purposes; or
• Interfere with security, surveillance, or access equipment.

Violations may result in immediate loss of access, cancellation of future bookings, charges for damages, and possible legal action.

• You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time for a full refund or credit (as applicable).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
• No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit their session and payment.
• To cancel, use the same platform or app you used to book your session.

Alpha Golf values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
By booking or using our Facility, you consent to the collection and use of certain personal information, including:

• Contact details (name, phone number, email) provided during booking;
• Booking records and access logs; and
• Video surveillance footage, where applicable, for safety, security, and operational purposes.

We use this information solely to:

• Confirm and manage bookings;
• Maintain a safe environment;
• Protect against theft, vandalism, or property damage; and
• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law or to maintain secure Facility operations.
All data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for its intended purpose.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Manitoba.

Alpha Golf may update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website and linked through our booking platform.
Continued use of our Facility after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
